 If your product arrives with defects we will exchange it without any additional charges to you. Customers are responsible for their return shipping cost. Products must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received. Customer must ensure the safe packing as we cannot offer refunds on products that are damage from shipping.

Cancellations:

Any order that is cancelled after 24 hours of purchase will be subjected to a $25.00 administration fee, whether or not the order has been shipped.

Damages:

On arrival kindly inspect the packaging of your product(s) to see if there's any damage.  If there is any damage you should make note of it when signing for the delivery.  If there's any damage to your product(s), please send us photos to customerservice@zandorfreshcoffee.com and we will process.

Refunds:

You will receive your full refund within 7-14 business days after we have received and process your return item. All refunds will be issued to the payment system used when placing the order.
