Shipping & Handling

Order confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.  This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as the warehouse prepares your order, we will confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your product is on back-order or unavailable, we will contact you to let you know when it will be available for shipping. Based on your response we will void the pre-authorization or process the charges. 

Shipment of Order:

For products that are in stock, after processing the charges, it will take 2 to 3 business days for the funds to be deposited to our account. After the funds have been deposited to our account we will submit your order for shipment within two business days from the date of the deposit.  We will send you the tracking information within one day of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address that you have provided when you placed your order.  If you do not see you’re tracking information within five business days of you placing your order, you may contact us at customerservice@zandorfreshcoffee.com
